Work Detail

Solution Testing

Testing is being done to check solubility, color strength and chemical analysis of stain.

Spectro Testing

Spectro analysis of every lot to check it's tone variation, strength variation and quality of stain.

Quality Check

Quality check is done to test the variation against standard shade by applying it directly on wood.

Packing

Product is packed under monitored supervision.
Available Sizes: 20 ltr. and 50 ltr.

Spectro Photometer Testing Report

Tone Variation Graph

Graph~ G1

  • It represents the differences between standard and sample in graphical representation.
  • It shows the differences between standard and sample in terms of tone variation such as yellower, redder, bluer or greener.
  • Where- 'dA' stands for Redder tone. And '-dA' stands for Greener tone.
  • Where- 'dB' stands for Yellower tone. And '-dB' stands for Bluer tone.
  • The term tone variation means the variation of sample against standard in terms of color variation.
  • It shows whether sample is redder, greener, yellower or bluer against standard.
  • Two dots in graphical space represents the standard and sample color. Where Red dot stands for standard and Green dot for sample.
  • Two circles, in which central circle is for standard and the deviation is shown by another circle in terms of tone.
  • The black color circle in center is considered as center point. Whereas the circle in blue is resultant.

Strength Variation Graph

Graph~ G2

  • It shows the strength variation among sample and standard stain taken for comparison.
  • It represents whether the sample is darker or lighter in terms of shade.
  • Where '–dL*' stands for darker deviation. And '+dL*' stands for lighter deviation.
  • The term strength variation means whether the sample is darker in shade or lighter against the standard taken.

Note*- The color variation or differences which is shown above have been generated using CIEL*ab 2000 standard color space.

Standard Deviation Data

Metes and Bounds of standard deviation values-

Delta E = It is the distance metric ΔE* where delta used to denote difference and E stands for ‘Empfindung’ German for sensation. It’s permissible limit/range is 0 to 2. In this range the variation in color is not visible with naked eyes.

Delta C= Delta used to denote difference and C stands for chroma means brighter or duller.

Delta H= Delta used to denote difference and H stands for Hue/hue angle.

Delta 2000= Standard variation as per CIEL* ab 2000 standard.

Delta CMC= Color measurement committee it uses two parameters L and C; acceptability are CMC (2:1) perceptibility (1:1).
